When will my item arrive?

Here are estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 5­-8 business days
Canada: 6­-12 business days
World: 10­-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

 

My item is damaged, how can I return it?

Well, poop, I'm sorry! The last thing I want is for you to be shipped
a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then
please get
in touch with a photo within 15 days. Please refer to the Smirkshop refund policy in the links at the bottom of each page.

 

My item doesn't fit my
luscious curves, can I return it?

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that
the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the
sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was
mislabelled. Let me know and I'll get you sorted out.

Since our products are made on demand specifically for you,
right now we do not offer exchanges or returns if it does not fit.
It's very important to read the sizing guides for each item and
the sizing recommendations of each product before purchasing.

In the future we are hoping to offer a more flexible return policy on clothing.

Why are some colors different
on products with same design?

Depending on the product ordered, the materials
print differently even if it has the same design. For example,
the umbrella fabric will print colors slightly differently when
compared to the tshirt material and the shoe material. In some
instances it makes the colors even MORE vibrant and beautiful!
 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! However, international shipments may incur customs fees.
The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is
usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

Smirkshop does not take responsibility for customs fees.

 

What if my order never arrived?

Oh no! I'm so sorry! If your order didn't end up
arriving, be sure to let me know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that
you had entered the correct address. If the address was
incorrect, I'll be happy to send you another order to the
correct address, however, it will be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with
